Class Project

This project explores how interactions with objects can be distilled into basic forms. Three balsa wood devices were crafted by hand to create playful experiences driven by the elasticity of rubber bands. Even in the simplest of mechanisms, there is a great deal of variability in the details of its form. Therefore, much care was taken in the craft of each device to fully support the interaction.
