Class Project

This project explores how interactions with objects can be distilled into basic forms. Three balsa wood devices were crafted by hand to create playful experiences driven by the elasticity of the rubber bands driving them. Even in the simplest of mechanisms, there is a great deal of variability in how it can be interacted with, so much care was taken in the crafting of each device to allow for the fidelity required to properly explore the qualities of each exploration.
